About the Author

Dr Sanket Pisat is a gynecological endoscopic surgeon practicing in Mumbai, India. He completed his post graduation from the Grant Medical College and Sir JJ group of hospitals in Mumbai. He completed his trining in advanced gynecological endoscopy at the Endoscopy Training Centre Antwerp, Belgium (www.etca.be) under the preceptorship of Prof Bruno van Herendael and Dr Benedikt Tas.

He works at some of the premier hospitals in Mumbai as a consultant gynaec endoscopic surgeon. Some of these are

He is also affiliated to the International Society of Gynaecological Endoscopy (ISGE), the Indian Association of Gynaec Endoscopists (IAGE) and the federation of obstetric and gynaec societies of India (FOGSI).
